Colorado
Jack Ciaccia, WMØG was appointed ARRL Section Manager for Colorado effective October, 2011. Before then he served as Assistant Section Manager. Jack was first licensed in 1958 and held his original call of K1IVY. Jack is President of the Boulder Amateur Radio Club and is the PIO, and Past EC, of Boulder County ARES plus a member of the Longmont ARC, Mile High DX Association and the Grand Mesa Contest Club.

New Mexico
Bill Kauffman W5YEJ has been New Mexico’s Section Manager since 2012 after serving as the Section Emergency Coordinator for 21 years and has also served as NM State RACES Officer. He is currently a VE, a member of Sandoval County ARES and the Upper Rio FM Society and serves on the Board of Directors of the NM SAR Support Team. He has been an active participant in ARES public service and emergency readiness. Bill has been licensed since 1958 and has been a member of all three MARS services over the years.

Utah
Mel Parkes, NM7P has been the ARRL Section Manager for Utah since 1999. He has served in various leadership positions in Utah, including State AFMARS Director, net control for the Utah AFMARS Administrative Net, president of the Davis County ARC, Utah Hamfest committee member, and volunteer examiner. Mel holds an Extra Class License, is serving as the President of the Utah VHF Society, and enjoys participating with special service and community events, including the Wasatch 100 Endurance Run, St. George Marathon, and many of the local community parades.

Wyoming
Garth Crowe, N7XKT, of Gillette, has been appointed Section Manager of the Wyoming Section to complete the term of office that has been held by LeeAnne Sachau, WY7DTW. Prior to being appointed Section Manager position he has been active as an OO, VE, and local EC and RACES officer for Campbell County. He is also on the board of Directors for NE7WY North East Amateur Radio Association. Garth has also been an active volunteer to many served agencies over the past 18 years, Serving as the ECC and volunteer director for the Greater Houston Area Red Cross. Since becoming licensed in 1990 he has enjoyed rag chewing on HF, VHF/UHF, and digital.
